June in Japan: Rain, Flowers, and Quiet Moments

June is the beginning of the rainy season in many parts of Japan.

On rainy days, it is common to see people carrying transparent umbrellas while walking through streets lined with beautiful hydrangeas. The flowers bloom during this season and add color to the gray skies.

The sound of rain, the reflection of lights on wet streets, and the sight of blooming flowers invite us to slow down and notice the beauty around us. Each drop of rain nourishes the Earth, supporting plants, animals, and the natural cycles that sustain life.

What beautiful thing have you noticed today?
