Lesson Policies

The following policies are intended for all enrolled students to help ensure a smooth and effective learning experience.

1. Scheduling and Time Confirmation

  • Please use Google Calendar to check and confirm your lesson schedule.
  • We will send a reminder the day before your lesson or earlier, as needed.
  • Please be sure to check the time difference between Japan Standard Time (JST) and your local time zone.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson.
  • Please note that we only process requests during office hours. If you submit your requests late nights or during weekends/holidays, your request will be processed on the next business day.

3. Learning Environment

  • To help you get the most from your lessons, please try to join from a quiet and comfortable place where you and the tutor can focus.
  • If you need to join the lesson in a public place, please use earphones/headphones to help you stay focused during the lesson.
  • To support effective learning, avoid taking lessons while walking, shopping, eating, or engaging in any other activities that might disrupt the learning process.
  • If the tutor feels that the environment makes it too difficult to conduct the lesson, he/she may need to end the session early and count it as one completed lesson.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
