Please understand that responses within the office hours may take some time depending on the situation.
🍃IMPORTANT POINTS
Forms & Request Processing
You may submit the Monthly Booking Form and the Reschedule Request Form at any time, including weekends and holidays.
However, all reservations and rescheduling requests are processed by the administrative team during office hours only.
Rescheduling Timing
Requests submitted late at night or during weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Be careful: If your requested reschedule date is close to the original lesson time, we may not be able to process your request, and the lesson may be counted as completed.
Weekends & Holidays
- Lessons proceed as scheduled, except from Dec 31st to Jan 3rd.
- Administrative support is limited; inquiries are handled on the next business day.
In urgent situations, students may contact their tutor directly.
Emergency Same-Day Cancellations
- For urgent same-day cancellations, please contact your tutor directly.
- Tutors will provide immediate guidance where possible.
- Final scheduling adjustments will be confirmed by the administrative team during office hours.
